A 21-year-old Rochester man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a teenager whose body was found dumped in weeds last Sept.

A 61-year-old Rochester area man died late Thursday afternoon in a sky-diving accident when his parachute didn't deploy during his jump, the Genesee County Sheriff's Office reported this morning.

It involves a killing that happened last year. Rochester Police have made an arrest in connection with a murder that happened in September of last year.
